I’m a designer and Florida’s  Paint Masters is always my first choice for all my clients. Charles is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, accommodating, understanding of my clients needs and wants and always on time! Plus he tolerates me and my requests! I can’t say enough about this amazing team. I always feel comfortable knowing his crew will do an amazing job and be extremely respectful to the clients homes. Prior to posting this, it is important to mention that I am known - to myself and others - to be extremely detail-oriented. To the point of it becoming an issue! =) With that out of the way, I can't express enough how thankful I am to have worked with Charles and Florida's Paint Masters in painting our home. This project had been postponed for almost an year and during that time I took the opportunity to do my diligence in finding the right company to tackle the job. From the beginning, Charles was very communicative in describing the process, the schedule and putting me well at ease in choosing them for the job. We even expanded our scope to include our fences and dock. It was immediately clear that they do more and use superior material than what others were offering for similar pricing. They took time in painting certain areas of the walls with some of the color options that I had selected and some that they recommended within range, showing how the sun light would affect it. I am so glad that he did as we are so happy with the colors and some of the changes he brought up to consider. I was a bit nervous in thinking that the work would be done while I was out on vacation, but it was quite exciting to return to a beautiful home that looked brand new! Again, I am a stickler for details and I cannot find one single drop of paint where it shouldn't be. All the lines are extremely sharp and you can see his passion is clearly shown when looking at all the details that were done. We recently had our house painted by Florida's Paint Masters and they did an excellent job. I especially appreciated how Charles the owner dealt with some of our unexpected challenges, he was very professional. The company started the day they said they would and finished the job on time. Charles and his crew did a fantastic job, repairing our stucco, resealing windows and painting our house. Charles was very thorough in his estimating process, vast experience in the industry and answered all of our questions. The job site was cleaned up every day and the work schedule was followed as expected. He was very patient with all of our numerous concerns and we highly recommend working with him. I just recently had the exterior of my house in Winter Garden painted in preparation to put on the market to sell. Charles and his team were extremely nice and professional and had to deal with a lot of adversity since it decided to rain the week I was to get my house painted. I especially appreciate how Charles is dedicated to making sure everything is done right and to the absolute satisfaction of the client when the job is completed. I live in Colorado but own a place in Florida and needed a painter. Florida’s Paint Masters came highly recommended and since I was long distance I reached out to Charles. He showed up the next day, gave me a quote and did the job exactly the way he said they would. They were on time, professional and incredibly clean. I had another service provider come to my house and the nicked some of the freshly painted area but Charles came back and fixed it - no charge. Not only will I use them again but I will recommend them to everyone in Florida.
